    510901 - Parent-Child Aquatics

    This class is for toddlers’ starting as young as 6 months who must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in the water. In this course the instructor will lead parents through safety skills, games, songs, and activities that will help your child become more comfortable and safe in the water. During class students will be taken underwater (no more then three times until comfortable) preparing them to hold their breath and exhale underwater (blow bubbles).

    520302 - Learn-To-Swim Level 2

    This class is for school age children who are beginning swimmers. Students will continue to develop skills learned in previous classes. New skills for this class include rotary breathing, changing directions while swimming and multiple styles of front floats. To register, students must have passed LTS Level 1 or Pre School Level 2. If new a student must pass a swim test administered by one of our instructors. Skills in this class must be performed independently.

    520305 - Learn-To-Swim Level 5

    This class is for school age children who are advanced swimmers. Students will continue to develop skills learned in previous classes. Children will be expected to complete 25 to 50 yards of each stroke. New skills include, but are not limited to, shallow angle dives, tuck and pike surface dives, sculling arms, front flip turn, and backstroke flip turn. To register, students must have passed the LTS Level 4. If new a student must pass a swim test administered by one of our instructors.

    521202 - RAYS Team

    The RAYS is the City's seasonal Recreational Aquatics Youth Swim Team. The RAYS are great for any child who loves the water and is interested in competing in the sport of swimming. It is also an opportunity for those wanting to move from swim lessons to a swim team without the commitment required from a USA Swimming club team. To be eligible for the RAYS a child must have been previously registered or be able to pass a swim test administered by one of our instructors. Fees will NOT be prorated for time missed due to late registration.
    For August & September sessions Wednesday practices will be from 6pm-7pm
